In this special summer episode of Fly or Die, Engadget’s Chris Velazco pinch hits for John Biggs. This time to talk about Adobe’s first foray into hardware with their Ink & Slide drawing tools. This first generation only syncs with the Apple iPad tablet family, will that cause Jordan or Chris to second guess this electronic art set?

Is it worth it for the 30$?
Leave it to Adobe to do something half-assed. lol. It looks cool though.
200$ is pricey? Well, it's for designers; it's not a toy! 🙂
These are pros products and should be reviewed by actual pros ( designers, architect etc.)
I used this on my iPad mini at work. Today I got the Nvidia shield tablet, and I must admit that the Shield's built in stylus felt way better. For 100$ more you can get a tablet instead of just a pen and ruler. Good one adobe
Watch this video if you want to know why the pen is shaped the way it is, and how the capacitive ruler works.
Adobe Ink & Slide quick review
The back end of the pen's LED lights displays the color you select from the app (it's not just for personalization purpose). Also the pen can be placed/transported in the carrier/charging unit so you won't have to worry about scratching with the ruler.
With all due respect to the reviewers at TechCrunch, the product should not be reviewed simply as a gadget but at professional design tool.
Guys you have in fact said NOTHING about the product. Just blurb.
Wait what? How about you just ROTATE the iPad instead of trying to draw under your hand. Is this what passes for a review on this channel???
love this
So much lag, this needs to be real time.. Put this on a android platform will %100 solve this issue.. O wait S pen does that. .
How about getting reviewers who actually know how to use the product?
